Who I'm Looking For:
I'm seeking an English-speaking, proactive, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to help me rapidly grow and monetize my YouTube channel and digital presence.

You'll play a critical role in handling engaging video editing (short-form), managing my YouTube uploads (thumbnails, SEO), posting on LinkedIn content, and performing general social media tasks (IG, TikTok). You'll also assist with occasional content management tasks like email marketing (ConvertKit), blog updates (WordPress), and digital product uploads (Gumroad/Amazon KDP).

Your Main Tasks:

1?? Video Editing (High Priority)
Create engaging, polished short-form videos optimized for YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and TikTok.
Simple storytelling edits, captions/subtitles, transitions, intros/outros, trending audio/music
Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, and Canva Video (essential)
2?? Social Media Management
YouTube: Uploading videos, creating attractive thumbnails (Canva), SEO-friendly titles/descriptions
LinkedIn: Schedule & post content regularly, manage interactions, comments, and basic engagement strategy
Instagram & TikTok: Repurpose short-form video content, schedule consistent postings, and engage audiences proactively
3?? Email Marketing (ConvertKit)
Assist with simple email campaigns, automations, and newsletters (training provided if needed)
4?? Content & Blog Management (WordPress)
Basic content uploading, formatting blog posts, and simple SEO optimizations
5?? Digital Product Uploads (Gumroad & Amazon KDP)
Simple uploading tasks (easy to learn, guidance provided clearly)
6?? General Administrative Support.

Organizing digital files, scheduling tasks, basic coordination, and research tasks as needed
