JOB OVERVIEW

1. Objective
Recruit qualified leads among Shopify-based e-commerce operators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are prime candidates for our upcoming Google Ads AI workshop.

2. Scope of Work
Market Focus: Shopify merchants headquartered in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Company Size & Revenue Estimate: Annual revenue €500 K+ or monthly site traffic ?10 000 visits.
Industry Verticals: Fashion & Apparel, Beauty & Cosmetics, Home & Living, Sport & Outdoor.

3. Target Criteria

Platform: Confirmation of a live Shopify store domain (e.g. *. ---------- or custom Shopify theme).
Contact Role: Decision-maker in digital marketing or e-commerce (e.g. Head of Marketing, E-com Manager, Founder/CEO).
Contact Email: Corporate/business email (no generic Gmail/Hotmail).
Language: Storefront and communications primarily in German.

4. Research Methodology

Platform Screening
Use Shopify directory aggregators (e.g. BuiltWith, SimilarTech) to filter DACH-based Shopify sites. or with ---------- (example for Germany)
Verify site language and product range.
Lead Qualification
Assess traffic/revenue indicators via public tools (e.g. SimilarWeb, Alexa).
Prioritize mid-to-large merchants with established online presence.
Contact Identification
Scrape “About Us” / “Team” pages for names and roles.
Use LinkedIn + ---------- or ---------- to retrieve validated corporate email addresses.

5. Data Collection & Format
Populate an Excel/Google Sheets with the following columns:

7. Deliverables & Timeline

Initial Sample: 10 fully qualified leads delivered within 48 hours for review.
Full List: 100 qualified leads within 7 calendar days of sample approval.
Weekly Status Updates: Every Friday by 5 PM CET via Trello comments.

8. Communication & Quality Assurance

Flag ambiguous entries or missing data immediately.
Maintain data accuracy ? 95 % (bounce rate < 5 %).
Propose improvements to the lead-gen process where applicable.
