We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Ad Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team and lead the ideation, direction, creation and fulfillment of high-converting ad creatives across
You’ll be responsible for researching and crafting creative angles, scripting video ads, briefing the video editor and making sure they deliver what is needed on a weekly basis — all to drive scalable performance.

Your Role Will Include:
Researching competitor ads using Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other tools
Developing weekly creative angles based on offer positioning, customer pain points, and market trends
Writing compelling video hooks, scripts, and storyboard outlines that you give forward to team
Collaborating with video editors, video scrapers, graphic designers and UGC creators to bring creatives to life
making sure it all gets done in time
Analyzing creative performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, scroll stop, CPA, etc.) to double down on what works
Running structured creative testing plans and maintaining a creative calendar

Requirements:
Proven experience as an ad creative strategist with showing some recent examples you did
Deep understanding of direct-response advertising
Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and storytelling
Ability to work fast and adapt to a high-volume testing environment
Experience with Meta
Familiarity with tools like Motion, Foreplay, or Notion
Excellent written English
