Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Marketing & Listing Support (Full-Time, Remote)

About Us:
We are a top-producing, boutique real estate firm based in Maple Valley, Washington. With over 20 years of local expertise and a client-first philosophy, we specialize in delivering exceptional service and results to home sellers in Southeast King County. We are seeking a talented and organized virtual assistant to help us streamline our marketing, manage listing operations, and support business growth.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive virtual assistant who has experience in real estate support, digital marketing, and administrative coordination. You’ll be responsible for assisting with marketing campaigns, online listing support, CRM management, and reporting. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
• Manage and improve our Google PPC and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads with regular updates and performance analysis
• Optimize our monthly Mailchimp newsletters for conversions and past client retention
• Create and manage postcard campaigns using two separate providers
• Write and publish weekly blog posts on WordPress and Sierra Interactive
• Keep our Google Business profile and YouTube channel updated with fresh content
• Suggest and implement social media content improvements and strategies
Listing Support
• Create listing websites using Sierra Interactive, inputting all necessary property and media data
• Manage and assign Flowcodes for each listing for marketing materials
• Use CTE (Commitment to Excellence) to check off tasks and keep listing timelines organized
Lead & CRM Management
• Maintain and update Sierra Interactive CRM, ensuring leads are categorized, assigned, and nurtured
• Assist in building and customizing seller landing pages, automations, and alerts
• Update and maintain all lead statuses, tags, and notes accurately
Administrative Support & Communication
• Be available for morning and end-of-day check-ins
• Submit daily and weekly reporting on progress and KPIs
• Provide light graphic design help via Canva (templates provided)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of real estate virtual assistant or marketing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially Google and Meta ads
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Sierra Interactive preferred), Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Suite, and Canva
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work US business hours (Pacific Time)
• Familiarity with Zapier, CTE, Flowcode, and real estate marketing tools

Experience:
• Previous experience working with boutique real estate teams
• Video editing or content creation skills for reels/stories
