Virtual Social Media Assistant

Hi! I’m a celebrity hairstylist and content creator in Los Angeles, and I’m building a digital team under my brand House of Bataille, Inc. I’m looking for a virtual assistant who is proactive, creative, and experienced with social media platforms.

You’ll help manage content that’s already filmed—writing captions, scheduling posts, uploading files, and keeping things running smoothly.

Duties include:
• Scheduling & posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
• Writing captions in my brand voice (I’ll provide examples)
• Using tools like Publer / Later / Buffer
• Managing Google Drive content
• Engaging with comments & DMs (light)
• Optional: Light Canva graphics for stories

Requirements:
• Strong written English
• Experience with content scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Reliable internet + fast turnaround
• Bonus: Canva, video resizing, light editing
• Friendly, team-minded energy

Hours/Rate:
• Part-time: 5–10 hours/week could lead ro Full-time
• Long-term with potential to grow
• Pay: $6–$9/hour USD
• Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
