We are a fast-growing U.S. based IT solutions company seeking a Sales Enablement & Content Strategist to help turn operational wins into powerful sales stories. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that blends internal support and external visibility. You’ll work directly with our Solutions Architect and Sales Lead to create content that drives engagement and helps expand our footprint across a growing enterprise client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transform field-level deployments and case studies into visually compelling sales collateral
• Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to capture and package high-value offerings
• Support our Sales Lead with slide decks, proposals, one-pagers, and outreach material
• Build and maintain our LinkedIn and social media presence as a public-facing credibility channel
• Create and manage a library of reusable content to support multi-site expansion
• Assist with strategic outbound communication, only when aligned with active initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales enablement, content creation, or B2B communications role.
• Proven background supporting technical, operational, or sales teams with internal and/or client-facing materials.
• Prior ownership or management of social media accounts for a business or brand
Required Skills
• Excellent written English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into value-driven messaging.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Slides, and similar visual communication tools.
• Experience creating and refining decks, one-pagers, and case studies with minimal guidance.
• Strong project ownership with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles or marketing within technical industries is a major plus.
