Cold Caller

We are a real estate agency based in Sydney, Australia, seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate leads and book appraisals.

You will be responsible for contacting homeowners, expired listings, and property owners from our CRM/database to:

Introduce our agency
Offer property appraisals
Qualify leads
Set appointments for our sales team
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate cold calling
Strong spoken English with a neutral or Australian-friendly accent
Comfortable handling objections and following a script
Knowledge of the Australian property market or real estate process is a big plus
Able to work during AEST/AEDT hours
Reliable internet and quiet working environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work with Australian real estate agents
Experience using dialer software
Familiar with real estate compliance when making cold calls in Australia
