JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Success Manager to lead a cross-functional team (in a digital marketing agency) consisting of a Marketing Strategist, SEO engineer, Meta Media Buyer, Google Media Buyer, Designer, Video Editor, GoHighLevel Specialist. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion while maintaining a strong relationship with your clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that onboarding and ongoing projects for clients are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple members and align project objectives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
? Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and clients.
? Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
? Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
? Monitor project performance, track progress, and address potential risks or roadblock proactively.
? Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular project updates, reports, and presentations.
? Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
? Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
? Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client’s branding.
? High level communication and deescalation capabilities when communicating with clients and internal teams
? Willingness and excitement to alleviate client concerns, own project outcomes, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the relationship.
? Internal Sales Capabilities: Identify shortcomings of clients and upsell to ensure clients are seeing results and utilizing more services for continued growth
? Retention: Experience maintaining strong client relationships and pushing for deeper business involvement

Qualifications:
? Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
? 3+ years of experience in project management and customer service in a marketing and advertising agency
? Strong knowledge of project management tools (Slack, ---------- , Go High Level).
? Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
? Strong knowledge base of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimization
? An intermediate understanding of Web design, content creation, and high converting video ads
