I need native English writers - Long-term business

I am looking for a strong writer who has experience with SEO-writing, to write high-quality articles for my home - improvement blog, following a set of guidelines that I will give you upon being hired for this project. My intent is to find someone I like working with and have this turn into a long-term project lasting several months.

Please note that we have very high editorial standards compared to most other blogs. Every post that we publish goes through our strict editorial process where we check all claims and ideas for accuracy. Our readers trust us and we absolutely must ensure the highest quality content.
Requirements:
- Only Native English Speaker
- Only for individual writer
- High quality Articles and the contents must be 100% Original and Unique.
- Articles must be excellent writing, correct grammar, spelling, and format.
Key qualifications:
- Strong English writing skills.
- You must be very familiar with home – improvement.
- Experience with SEO-writing – In particular, you will need to write each article title in such a way that it is optimized for search engines (i.e. you should strategically select titles that contain phrases and keywords that receive at least some search volume from Google).
- Able to complete the article in a timely manner.

This is a ghostwriting position and I will retain all rights to the work.
