Shopify Admin & Website VA

About Us:
Wellness Territory is a fast-growing U.S. eCommerce brand specializing in high-end wellness and recovery products, including saunas, red light therapy, and home fitness gear. We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented female Shopify Admin VA from the Philippines to manage product uploads and backend site operations.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Upload new products to Shopify (images, specs, GTINs, SKUs, meta titles/descriptions)

Maintain product listings, descriptions, inventory, pricing, and tags

Build and update collections, bundles, and apply discounts

Ensure accurate SKU management and naming conventions

Add or update SEO content (meta fields + image alt text)

Make content edits to landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs)

Track changes and maintain reporting sheets (e.g., Shopify exports, price lists, GTIN audits)

Support backend operations and site QA

???? What We’re Looking For:
2+ year of experience using Shopify Admin

Familiarity with product data structures, SKUs, GTINs

Highly organized, process-driven, and tech-savvy

Comfortable working in Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, etc.

Excellent written English and attention to detail

Proactive, self-managed, and reliable

???? Bonus Points:
Experience using Canva or light Photoshop for product image prep

Familiar with Klaviyo, ReConvert, Loox, or other Shopify apps

Background in wellness, fitness, or luxury product eCommerce

???? Role Details:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week (flexible hours, with some overlap for check-ins)

Location: Fully remote (Philippines preferred)

Pay: $500/month USD (paid bi-weekly)
