Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist to join our team and help with cold outreach on Facebook Messenger. If you’ve successfully sent cold DMs at scale using proven scripts, especially to construction business owners, and have access to multiple Facebook accounts, this could be a great fit. The goal is to reach out to as many qualified leads as possible and help us hit our daily and weekly KPIs.

You’ll be using your own Facebook accounts, so your profiles should look professional and be appropriate for connecting with business owners in the U.S.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow alongside a fast-moving and supportive digital marketing agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Send a high volume of cold outreach messages each day using a script we provide

- Use your own multiple Facebook accounts to increase message output

- Track all outreach activity and responses in our CRM or a shared spreadsheet

- Follow up with interested leads and help set appointments

- Share our booking link and get qualified leads on the calendar

- Do light research to find new prospects in the construction niche

- Send daily updates to the team with performance and feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

- You’ll need multiple clean, professional Facebook accounts that appeal to U.S.-based construction business owners

- Solid experience with cold ---------- outreach on Facebook

- Strong written English and clear communication

- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

- A stable internet connection and the ability to work on your own

- Previous experience in appointment setting or virtual assistant work is required

- Knowledge of the construction, home services, or digital marketing space is a bonus

WORK SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

- This role starts as part-time (20 hours per week), with potential to grow based on results

- Work hours need to be during U.S. business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EDT)

PAY & PERKS

- Starting pay ranges from $320–$500/month, depending on experience

- Payments sent via Wise, weekly or bi-weekly

- Earn performance bonuses when you bring in new clients ($100 bonus per new client, no cap)
