Amazon FBA Wholesale Expert – Supplier Sourcing, Product Research, and Account Management

Genero Group LLC is a growing Amazon FBA business based in the USA. We are transitioning from Online Arbitrage to FBA Wholesale and are actively seeking a highly experienced and reliable Amazon FBA Wholesale Expert.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to:

Find and vet authorized wholesale suppliers/distributors
Identify profitable wholesale products with strong sales history
Manage Amazon Seller Central daily
Configure and monitor a BQool repricer

Responsibilities:

Research and contact legitimate wholesale suppliers/distributors
Review and analyze price lists and catalogs to find profitable Amazon FBA products
Ensure supplier invoices meet Amazon ungating and compliance requirements
Manage Amazon Seller Central including:
Creating shipments
Managing inventory
Monitoring pricing and listings
Configure and optimize BQool repricing strategies to maintain profit margins and win the Buy Box
Monitor competition, pricing trends, and key metrics
Communicate with prep centers and ensure shipments are processed correctly

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Wholesale (not OA or RA)
Proven ability to find and vet real wholesale suppliers (not middlemen or retail sites)
Familiar with Keepa, RevSeller, SmartScout and other Amazon research tools
Strong understanding of Amazon's invoice and ungating requirements
Experience managing BQool repricer or equivalent
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, honest, and consistent

Preferred (But Not Required):

Experience submitting wholesale invoices for brand ungating
Familiarity with prep center coordination and shipment creation
Knowledge of Amazon account health metrics
