Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Team Leader to lead and support our remote customer service team. You will be responsible for team performance, coaching, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives
* Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
* Ensure the tea ---------- ets or exceeds KPIs and service goals
* Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
* Work cross-functionally with other departments to improve operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing remote teams is essential
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
* Background in e-commerce or dropshipping is an advantage
