Are you a marketing tech ninja who lives and breathes automations, funnels, AI, and conversion strategy? We’re Custom Lead Services – a powerhouse digital and telemarketing agency focused on lead generation, AI outreach, and direct response marketing for the home improvement industry.

We’re growing fast and need someone who can build and run the entire backend machine – someone who knows the tools, the flow, and how to set it all up right the first time.

???? We’re Looking For Someone Who Can:
Build and connect full marketing funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, email/SMS drip campaigns, upsells, retargeting, etc.)
Integrate CRM systems and lead tracking dashboards (HighLevel, GoHighLevel preferred)
Build and automate AI tools, cold call agents, and live chat systems
Design and launch high-converting landing pages and websites
Handle all digital marketing automations (email, SMS, social, webhook integrations, calendar bookings, etc.)
Work with tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel, OpenAI integrations, ClickFunnels, Calendly, Stripe, Twilio, etc.
? Must-Haves:
Proven experience setting up entire lead funnels from traffic to booking
Knowledge of GoHighLevel (if you’ve mastered it, we want you)
Comfortable building systems for agencies or B2C lead generation
Fast, detailed, and not afraid to take ownership
Speak up, give feedback, and solve problems on the fly
? Bonus Points If You:
Have experience working with contractors/home services or B2B appointment setting
Know AI tools for marketing (like ChatGPT integration, AI voicemail, etc.)
Can handle minor design work (graphics, branding touch-ups)
