Marketing Automation & Ads Specialist (GoHighLevel + Google & Meta Ads)

We are a fast-growing home improvement business in the United States, looking for an experienced and results-driven Remote Marketing Specialist. Your main tasks will be to set up and manage GoHighLevel, create automated workflows, and launch/manage ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and confident in generating real results.



Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel (GHL):

Set up and customize our GHL account from scratch

Create automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and triggers

Build email/SMS campaigns and nurture sequences

Integrate GHL with our CRM (JobNimbus) if possible

Digital Ads:

Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and/or Local Services Ads)

Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Conduct A/B testing, targeting, copywriting, and optimization

Analyze ad performance and provide monthly reporting
