Real Estate Website Developer – WordPress + IDX Integration + Ongoing Maintenance

We are Reach Real Estate, a growing real estate brokerage and investment brand based in Ontario, Canada. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive web developer to help us consolidate multiple real estate websites into one central platform and manage future updates.

This is a project-based role with potential for long-term part-time work.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Rebuilding our main website ---------- using WordPress (Elementor preferred)
• Integrating two brand extensions:
• Pre-construction projects (from ---------- )
• Dubai real estate listings (from ---------- )
• Creating a branded profile page for our founder ( ---------- content)
• Setting up IDX/MLS integration (TRREB feed or recommended plugin) so listings update automatically
• Providing backend access + admin training so our team can upload projects and brochures
• Ensuring full mobile responsiveness, SEO optimization, and lead capture flow

Technical Requirements:
• WordPress expert (Elementor or WPBakery)
• Experience integrating real estate listings via IDX/RETS or plugins
• Can create secure backend structure for multiple admin logins
• Familiar with redirects and SEO best practices
• Able to recommend fast, scalable hosting + optimize load speed
• WhatsApp integration and lead forms setup

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
• Knowledge of Canadian MLS systems (TRREB)
• Experience with Mailchimp, Zapier, or CRM integrations
• Design eye to match luxury + professional branding

Project Timeline:

2–3 weeks preferred (open to flexible arrangement for the right person)

Compensation:
• Project-based budget: $500–$ 800 CAD, depending on experience
• Optional Monthly Retainer: PHP 1500–3000/month for updates
