Japanese Speaking Email/Voice Customer Support - Dropshipping - Shopify - E-commerce

We are a 7-figure dropshipping company looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and building positive relationships with them.

?As the successful candidate, you get to :

Requirements:

* Must speak fluent Japanese
* Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
* Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide a personalized, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
* Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
