Virtual Assistant for DJ/Producer – Email Outreach & Booking (House Music)

I’m a DJ/producer based in Amsterdam with releases on multiple labels and regular gigs across Europe. I perform under the name Heritage Listed, and I’m looking for a reliable, proactive virtual assistant to help with booking outreach — connecting with promoters, venues, and festivals to help land new gigs.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organised, independent, and ideally has some knowledge or passion for music and events.

I will provide email templates, structure, tone of voice and other tips to help make this job easier. I will also assist in researching venues and people to reach out to.

Responsibilities:

Researching clubs, event brands, and promoters in Europe

Sending outreach emails using provided templates (and personalising where needed)

Organising leads and progress in Google Sheets

Following up with contacts and helping coordinate bookings

Keeping track of replies, potential dates, and travel plans

Requirements:

Excellent written English

Super organised and good with follow-ups

Basic understanding of email (Gmail or other), Google Sheets

Reliable internet connection and computer

Bonus if you’ve worked with musicians, creatives, or in events

Interest or background in electronic music (house, disco, etc.) is a plus!
