Expert Web Developer & SEO Specialist for a Drainage Service Business

We are a London-based Drainage Services company looking for a serious, experienced, and detail-oriented website designer and developer to build our company website from scratch.

This is not a basic job. We are not looking for someone who just installs WordPress, picks a template from Envato or Themeforest, and calls it a day. We’re looking for someone with genuine creative ability, technical skill, and SEO knowledge who can build a high-converting, clean, and unique website that reflects the quality and professionalism of our brand.

You must understand:
• Front-end design: Clean, modern, fast, mobile-friendly
• Back-end: Speed optimization, plugin integration, security, and technical SEO
• SEO: Not just basic tags, but deep knowledge of schema markup, site structure, keyword silos, load speed, etc.
• Conversion logic: Understand how to lead users to call or book through trust signals, layout, and call-to-action strategy

Platform:

Preferably WordPress, but we are open to alternatives such as Webflow, custom-built, or other platforms—as long as the website is well-optimized, fast, and scalable.

Project Scope:
• Full custom design (not a copied template)
• 5 to 10 key pages: Home, Services, About, Contact, FAQs, Reviews, Areas We Cover, etc.
• Fast, responsive, SEO-optimized, secure
• Built with future growth in mind (e.g. landing pages for Google Ads, blog, etc.)
• Integration of contact forms, live chat (optional), Google Maps, and more
• Speed-tested (Google PageSpeed & GTMetrix)


We Will Provide:
• Competitor websites
• Brand logo & colours
• Content outlines and service descriptions
• Example references for style and layout


You Must Provide:

A homepage design concept or mockup (Figma, wireframe, or screenshot)
At least 3 examples of websites you personally built (live links)
Your quote/price for the full project (fixed price preferred, or clear estimate with breakdown)
Estimated timeline for completion
