Marketing & Tech VA for Therapy Brand + Coaching Programs (GoHighLevel+YT+TIK IG)

I am a coach and therapist with two active brands one focused on couples therapy and the other on narcissistic abuse recovery. I’m looking for a long-term Marketing & Tech VA who can manage funnels, post on social, handle program logistics, and take marketing off my plate.

This is NOT a general admin role. I’m looking for someone who has experience supporting coaches or therapists, understands how to work inside funnels and social platforms, and can think strategically about marketing execution.
You must be able to use critical thinking, if you see a post in not in alignment or has directives in it you must understand you need to fix it before posting!
Responsibilities:

Sccial media: YouTube, insta, Tiktok ( you must have background in this not just be able to post)
Schedule and repurpose Instagram content using Metri or similar
GHL: flows, followup, setups, automation Monitor campaign performance
Handle light Canva work (reels, carousels, quote posts, stories)
Organize content in Google Drive as you go
Provide basic program support (reminders, accountability emails, cohort tracking) weekly
Assist with podcast outreach and speaking visibility efforts

Preferred Experience:

GoHighLevel,Youtube, TikTok
Canva, Instagram scheduling tools
Zoom, Google Drive
Bonus: background in therapy, coaching, or wellness brands
Hours:
10–15 hrs/week to start with growth potential
