Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Social Media Posts & Stories (Project-Based)
Overview:

Tyner Pond Farm is a regenerative farm in Central Indiana producing grassfed beef, pasture-raised chicken, and pork. Our content is modest, factual, and focused on transparency, not marketing hype. We're looking for a virtual assistant to help create clean, honest social media content from the photos, videos, and text we provide. This includes Instagram/Facebook posts and stories—mostly short clips of our animals, farm, and daily work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Turn our raw video clips and images into social media posts (Reels, feed posts, YouTube Shorts).

Create Stories using short clips, stills, and text overlays that are easy to read and reflect our tone.

Add text overlays to video (we’ll often provide exact wording or work with you on it).

Format for platform requirements and keep everything clean and minimal—no flashy effects, stickers, or emojis.

Upload drafts for review and help organize content using shared folders (Google Drive or Dropbox).

Occasionally suggest story sequences (1–3 slides max) using the materials we send.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience editing videos for Stories, Reels, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.

Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to keeping overlays simple, on-brand, and typo-free.

Good sense for pacing: you know when a story slide needs 3 seconds or 7, depending on the text.

Able to follow direction closely, and maintain our tone: no emojis, no slang, no sales talk.

Responsive communicator and consistent with deadlines.

Serious about soil, health, and local food systems.

We never use emojis, marketing buzzwords, or influencer-style language.

Text overlays should be minimal—usually a single, factual sentence per slide.

We’ll provide the copy, but we value someone who can spot when something is too long or not fitting cleanly.
