Leads researchers and Sales creators.

I have an excellent CRM/ERP system to sell. I'm looking for a person who can research possible customers, create a list, qualify the prospects, and then email those people on the list with a pre-created email. Leads Generation experience would be very beneficial. Any extra skills would be very beneficial also.
