HARDWORKING VIDEO EDITOR WANTED FOR FAST-GROWING ECOMMERCE BRAND

My team and I are looking for a hardworking, disciplined, and focused tea ---------- mber to join our 7-figure eCommerce dropshipping business team.

EXACTLY WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- We provide ad videos in English -> You cover the English captions with the translated language (e.g. German, Dutch, etc.)
- You replace the existing ad voiceover with the translated equivalent > Transcribe the voiceover using a tool we give you, then use AI voiceover to generate and insert the translation
- Swap out 2-3 short clips in the ad to make it slightly different (you’ll get these clips from other videos we provide)
- Make sure everything looks seamless - clean, aesthetic, professional Facebook ads with no visible English text
- Follow our detailed SOPs - every step explained

WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED

- AI Transcriber software
- Eleven Labs for voiceovers

WORKLOAD & GROWTH
- Each video is on average around 30-40 seconds
- We launch at least 1 product per day
- Each product has 3 ad videos
- Each product starts with 2 markets (for example, Germany and Netherlands)

So your daily output will be 6 videos total (3 per market - same structure, just translated)

Each ad takes max 20 to 30 minutes to edit. You will be working a minimum of around 3 hours per day.

Once you’re fully familiar with our system (usually within a couple of weeks), we’ll scale up. However many videos you can handle, we will pay for. This is an opportunity to earn as much as you’re willing to work for.

We believe a focused editor can easily complete 12 videos/day (2 products) in 5–6 hours.

COMPENSATION
- You will be paid $15 USD per 6 videos.
- Each video takes a maximum of 15–30 minutes
- That equals roughly 2-3 videos per hour, or $5 USD per hour
- You will start at $15 USD per 6 videos, and after 6 weeks of consistent, high-quality work, this will increase to $18 USD per 6 videos

To give you an idea of what you can earn after the increase:
- When you do the minimum of 6 videos per day, you’ll earn approximately 30,000 PHP every month
- If you can do 12 videos per day, you’ll earn up to 60,000 PHP every month

Performance bonuses are paid out when your ad performs in the market

We don’t micromanage. We measure results. If your edits help the business grow, you’ll be rewarded.
