Are you creative, organized, and passionate about all things social media and digital marketing? Our UK-based team is looking for a Social Media Manager / Marketing Assistant to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and support our brand’s digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write compelling captions and design engaging visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor inboxes, comments, and DMs to engage with followers and nurture the community
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Track key metrics and adjust strategy based on performance data
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred)
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, hashtags, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of paid advertising is a bonus
