Our organization runs non-competitive fun soccer coaching for children aged 2-12 in Perth WA. Our goal is to run stimulating and rewarding soccer programs for as many children as possible.

We are seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team to assist in the administrative and marketing tasks of the business.

The role’s responsibilities include:
- Checking sales and entering sales data
- Responding to client emails
- Creating social media content and managing social media accounts
- Video editing social media content

This is a PART-TIME Position to start. Position requires daily emails oversight and data entry.
As the business is cyclical in nature some weeks may require more hours than others.
Creation of social media content & video editing hours will vary.

- Whatsapp on both phone and computer
- Microsoft Teams
- Fast and stable internet connection

- Proficient English reading, speaking and typing skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow procedures
- Eagerness for personal and professional growth
- Can be reliably contacted 7 days a week & clear communication skills

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 60 days will be in effect.
