Creative Content Creator (Video + Social Media) – Retreat/Event Brand

We’re building a soulful, bold, and beautifully branded experience and we’re looking for a creative video editor who can help us bring that vision to life through scroll-stopping short-form content.

This is NOT your average edit-and-go job. We’re building a personal brand meets movement. Think: spirituality, women’s empowerment, luxury travel, and healing, packaged in sleek, vibrant, trendy edits made for IG Reels and TikTok.

If you understand visual storytelling, trending audio, modern aesthetics, and can move quickly without hand-holding, we want to hear from you.

~~ What We’re Looking For:
Someone who edits with a vibe (cinematic, vintage, soft glam, or creative cuts)

Strong understanding of IG Reels & TikTok trends

Able to add motion, transitions, zooms, and effects that elevate basic footage

Has access to tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

Open to feedback, but confident in making strong creative decisions

Bonus: Experience editing travel, lifestyle, or women-centered content

SCENARIO:
You're hired to edit a 30–60 second reel for a girls' trip to Belize. The content includes:

A beach yoga session

A yacht party

A reflective journaling or self-care moment
It will promote a luxury, Afro-Caribbean, spiritual retreat for women of color.
