We are expanding our operations and seeking a Digital Marketing and Project Management Assistant with proven experience in supporting marketing initiatives, managing design tasks, and driving project objectives. We are looking for an individual to join our team and work remotely from the Philippines as we are based in Australia (Remote, based in the Philippines, working on Australian Eastern Time Zone 8/9 AM - 5 PM).

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing and Project Management Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and project management tasks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in tools like WordPress, Kajabi, and Canva, possess excellent English language skills, and be highly detail-oriented. They should also be able to pre-empt requirements, provide design assistance for marketing materials, and manage various project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the integration and management of marketing tools (e.g., Zapier, WordPress, Kajabi).
- Support the design and creation of visual content using Canva for social media posts, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.
- Contribute to the development and management of the company’s online presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Format and prepare content for Kindle Direct Publishing and other digital formats.
- Aid in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to align on tasks, projects, and goals.
- Engage with the team to identify additional tasks and initiatives that support business growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools, particularly WordPress, Kajabi, and Canva.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design tools and basic understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and availability for team collaboration.
- Commitment to security and confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven Skill Test: Candidates will be required to complete a skill test to demonstrate their proficiency in Kajabi, email marketing, and design tasks. The test will include tasks related to creating marketing materials and managing project timelines.
- Proof of Work: Candidates should provide a portfolio showcasing their previous work related to digital marketing projects, design tasks, and project management. Links to live projects or screenshots of their work are acceptable.
- References: Candidates should provide references from previous clients or employers who can vouch for their skills and work ethic.
