About Us:
We are a growing company in the yacht charter industry, building integrated systems to streamline our operations and deliver high-impact insights. We're looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to help us enhance and automate our CRM, reporting, and workflow processes.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM Blueprint

Implement and optimize transition workflows and task automation.

Fix existing loop issues within Blueprint processes.

Zoho Analytics

Develop custom reports such as:

Charter Broker Individual Report

All Charters Booked

Total Commissions Earned

Charter Broker Commissions

Collaborate with the team to translate business needs into actionable dashboards.

Yacht Charter Quotes

Assist in streamlining and automating the quoting process within Zoho or advise on potential Microsoft 365 integration alternatives.

M365 BI and Automate

(Optional or complementary) Support in evaluating or integrating Microsoft BI tools with Zoho for business intelligence and process automation.

? Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Blueprint, Zoho Analytics, and Deluge scripting.

Strong understanding of workflow automation and CRM architecture.

Experience in custom report building and data visualization.

Ability to identify and fix logic loops and transition issues in CRM workflows.

Knowledge of Yacht Charter operations is a bonus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or Power BI is a plus.
