JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We’re a growing US-based recruiting agency looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with sourcing, data entry, and scheduling using tools like Manatal, LinkedIn, and Indeed smartsourcing. Starting at 10 hours/week with the opportunity to grow to 15-20 hours a week based on performance. If you’ve worked with CRM tools and recruiting tasks before — and you’re a quick learner — we’d love to work with you long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

Send 100+ personalized LinkedIn connection requests per week using templates provided
Send follow-up message templates after candidates accept the connection on Indeed
Upload resumes and candidate data from Indeed into Manatal and ensure accuracy
Respond to Indeed Smart Sourcing messages using preset templates
Schedule candidate calls by offering calendar slots (no calling required)
Update a simple Excel sheet with candidate hours or job data each Monday
(Enter basic timesheet/payroll data if requested)

Requirements:
Experience with recruiting CRMs (preferably Manatal or similar)
Strong written English and attention to detail
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel, and Google/outlook Calendar
Fast internet and reliable computer
Available for daily communication and quick turnaround (during PH or US daytime hours)
Willing to learn and grow with the company long-term

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Past experience working with a staffing or recruiting agency
Past experience working with a CRM software company.
Knowledge of smart sourcing, Boolean search, or passive sourcing techniques
