Short-Form Science-Based Fitness Video Editor

I am looking for a high quality short-form video editor for evidence-based / science-based fitness explainer videos. Videos will be under 90 seconds in duration (typically 30-60 seconds), and they must include custom animations/graphics, use fitting B-roll footage overlays, and occasionally show screenshots of studies on screen that fit the exact content I discuss within the videos.

Note: the above videos also have some on-screen overlays similar to the style I'd like, but rather than just pictures that move a bit, I'd like to see actual VIDEO overlays, such as in this video: ----------
