We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our founder and team with operations, customer service, social media, and eCommerce tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing brand making waves in the beauty industry


Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience as a VA (ideally with a beauty, lifestyle, or eCommerce brand)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiar with Shopify, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday and social platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook)

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Creative eye and understanding of brand aesthetics is a big plus

Comfortable working in PST time zone

Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing tools

Influencer coordination experience

Background in customer service or beauty/skincare industry
