Customer Support Manager

Seeking a talented and developed individual driven to grow professionally. Must have some prior experience in customer care with attention to detail and finds fulfillment in customer satisfaction.

Work with a small team liaising with accounts, sales & production to deliver to customer expectations.

Includes:

Order processing

Sales support phone answering & proactive calls out

Booking freight & logistics

processing returns/credits

Daily & monthly admin tasks, office duties

Working with products for the construction industry: Castlenz & QPOD.

Develop a keen interest in the product and application, work with trade stores, builders architects & designers, introducing current and new products to NZ market.
