Virtual Assistant-Customer Service

Fun & Exciting role with a growing Events company


-Perform duties as a outbound customer service agent
-Calling and inviting clients to our events
-Collect contact details of customers over the phone
-Take down customer orders by filling up registration form for them over the phone
-Email brochures to clients
-Follow up with phone calls with clients
-Update excel spreadsheet on calls


We would prefer someone with customer service experience and a bubbly voice and perform well with deadlines

-Reliable and positive working attitude
-Internet Connection must be stable
-Good and clear headset
-Quiet working room (no baby crying,dogs barking rooster crowing etc)
-Working hours: 6am to 3pm (Monday to Friday) GMT+8 timezone
