JOB OVERVIEW

Part-time accountant needed for our lead generation company. It's like a marketing agency, but we own the websites and need your help managing our cash based accounting and working with our US CPA and tracking our investments, income, and expenses.

I'm the CEO, and an MBA from US, but am super short on time, can answer 20 questions in one email per month, will pay you and can paste all bank statements in an excel sheet each month. Feel reasonable? Ping me, and yes I do want to hear about your degree, experience working online, and also your wifi speed and computer.

METHOD OF COMPENSATION:
-Paid at the end of each month (1-5th), money sent after the timesheet email is received.
-Paid via TransferWise (now Wise) directly to a Filipino bank account, or via cryptocurrency, or via gcash in special circumstances

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage the company quickbooks online.
-request statements fro ---------- each month (please in separate emails so it's bite sized tasks for me)
-tag me in statements for clarification on statements.
-I also own a rental property, and need help keeping that accounting separate from Handshaking Income and expense.
-Work with our US CPA to file my business and personal taxes, you will need to communicate directly with them, keeping me cc'd.
-I also hold crypto and need help tracking some of those investments, along with other stock market and various investment accounts and need quarterly snapshots.

Contractor / Employer relationship:
LEGAL TALK: The virtual assistant (VA) or service provider will be legally considered a ‘tea ---------- mber.’. This engagement will last indefinitely, unless terminated by either party. Employer functions on a 3 warning + termination basis, tea ---------- mbers are requested to provide 60 days notice to help and ensure proper training of the next hire.
Contractor agrees to not work on any other paid projects greater than 1000php per month without prior email approval from the CEO. Contractor must send an email within one day of signing this document disclosing any other income sources greater than 1000php per month (does not include family income, only sole income), with details on future plans on that engagement. We just need to be aware of them and create a plan.
Non-disclosure and non-compete:
Contractors may not disclose any sensitive information owned by the company. This includes, but is not limited to trade secrets, lead contact information, and our specific seo strategies.
Contractors are not permitted to speak with any of our leads or contactors after this agreement ends, or there is a fine of 150,000php per occurrence if the contractor reaches out to a lead or contractor.
Contractor may not engage in building any competing websites or attempting to gather leads by using online marketing in any geographical locations in the USA, or there is a fine of 150,000php per occurrence.
