Wordpress Developer (P4,000 develop one site)

Initially this will be a one time job to create a wordpress.org paid theme website.

Require plugins and pages to be able to do the following:
- join my community (mailing list) -
- Videos hosted by youtube (check out stevenbartlett.com and his videos and layout)
- Blog (with images showing_ multiple blogs shown on the page (most popular and latest)
- Podcast (hosted by i-tunes) (be creative with design)

Main pages on site:
- Home
- About
- Blog
- Videos
- Podcast

-Contact social media icons linked up: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube
