We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent or VA to help us qualify property leads and support our real estate wholesaling business in the Florida market.

Your Responsibilities:
• Prospect & Qualify Leads: Reach out to potential sellers and identify those who are a good fit for wholesaling.
• Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with homeowners through clear and friendly communication.
• Research Properties: Use platforms like Zillow and public data to evaluate property value, estimate repairs, and understand the seller’s situation.
• Collect Key Info: Gather all necessary details - property condition, ownership status, mortgage info, timeline, and asking price.
• Make Offers: Present initial offers and negotiate basic terms.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, wholesaling, or lead generation
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Independent, organized, and communicative
• Familiarity with Zillow, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
