- A property entrepreneur, business coach and content creator.
- Founder of 53 Degrees Property – managing over 100 Airbnb units across the UK
- Founder of the SA Academy – helping aspiring entrepreneurs build profitable, remote Airbnb businesses
- Active content creator across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, producing content that is authentic, classy and value-driven.

The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Editing weekly vlog-style YouTube videos (8–12 mins)
• Creating and editing Instagram Reels (2–4 per week)
• Cutting B-Roll footage and creating short-form content for Instagram/YouTube
• Editing Instagram Stories and repurposing long-form content
• Managing and organising the content library (Google Drive)
• Uploading and scheduling content on platforms with correct captions, tags and descriptions
• Creating YouTube thumbnails (graphic design skills are a plus)
• Collaborating directly with Daniel to maintain brand consistency and quality
• Working with tools like Notion, Google Drive, CapCut, Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro, Descript and more

The correct candidate will have a background with:
• Strong experience in video editing and short-form content production
• Confidence in communicating in English with a UK-based entrepreneur
• Good written and verbal communication (English)
• Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• An eye for pacing, music, transitions, and storytelling
• Confidence in creating content for a personal brand
• Strong sense of initiative and attention to detail
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus
• Ability to follow feedback and collaborate with a fast-moving team
• Bonus: Experience managing content calendars or uploading to YouTube/Instagram

The role will consist of 40 hours per week (time to be confirmed) and our working hours are between 09:00–22:00 GMT, including occasional weekend or holiday coverage.

Experience in property or hospitality is not essential, but experience in editing social media content, vlogs or working with influencers/entrepreneurs will be looked on favourably.
