**Job Overview:**
We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and fulfill AliExpress dropshipping orders for our Shopify store. You’ll manually process daily customer orders, communicate clearly with our team, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Daily manual fulfillment of customer orders via AliExpress.
* Carefully match Shopify SKUs with correct AliExpress supplier links.
* Double-check customer addresses, product details, and order accuracy.
* Coordinate and communicate regularly with the team via Slack.
* Update Google Sheets accurately with tracking information and order statuses.
* Monitor supplier performance and promptly report any issues.
* Assist in managing product listings or supplier updates when required.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

* Prior experience with Shopify and AliExpress order fulfillment is essential.
* Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, and general e-commerce processes.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing.
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage daily workflows independently.
* Proactive communicator, keeping the team updated regularly.
* Good written English for clear and concise communication.

**Work Hours:**

* FULL TIME 7 DAYS A WEEK 6 HOURS A DAY - ROOM FOR OVERTIME AND BONUS
* Potential for increased hours as the business grows.

**Salary:**

* Competitive hourly rate (\$3–\$4/hr) depending on experience.
* Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise.
