Remote Estimating & Quoting Assistant – Water Storage Tank Projects

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remote assistant to help manage the quoting and estimation process for new panel tank projects at Raven Tanks. You’ll work closely with our sales team to prepare accurate quotes based on client requirements, engineering specs, and supplier pricing.

Your tasks will include reviewing client plans and RFQs, generating cost estimates using our templates and systems, preparing formal quote documents, liaising with suppliers for pricing, and assisting with follow-ups. Familiarity with construction, engineering drawings, or quoting processes is highly valued.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and admin skills

Tech-savvy and quick to learn quoting or CRM software

Reliable internet connection and ability to work close to AEST business hours

Experience in quoting, estimating, construction support, or admin is a plus
