eCommerce Virtual Assistant – WooCommerce & Dropshipping Specialist (Remote)

Urban Era Marketing is hiring a detail-oriented, fast-working eCommerce VA to support the launch and daily management of our WooCommerce dropshipping stores. If you’re experienced with platforms like CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress, and WooCommerce, and you can hit the ground running — this role is for you.

This is not a gig. We are looking for someone who can grow with our team, follow SOPs precisely, and work closely with our web developer and graphic designers to ensure each product listing is complete, optimized, and ready for customers.

This role begins immediately. You must be ready to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and manage products using WooCommerce

Source new winning products from CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress, and verified platforms

Edit product titles, descriptions, categories, and tags

Apply on-page SEO best practices to listings

Set pricing, manage shipping zones, and sync vendor info

Track inventory, update SKUs, and remove out-of-stock items

Coordinate with graphic designers for product image needs

Assist the web developer with page layout and minor edits

Report progress and tasks daily via ClickUp

Follow all internal SOPs with precision and consistency

Skills & Requirements

Experience with WooCommerce (mandatory)

Proven dropshipping experience with CJ Dropshipping and AliExpress

Fluent in product research and sourcing tools

Comfortable editing images or working with designers to request changes

Familiar with SEO for product listings

Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely

Must have stable internet and excellent communication skills

Bonus: Experience with ClickUp, Trello, or similar task management tools
