? What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
2+ years of experience in technical or SaaS customer support
At least basic knowledge of proxy types (residential, datacenter, mobile, static vs. rotating, SOCKS5 vs. HTTPS)
Familiarity with anti-detect browsers, browser fingerprinting, or web scraping tools/environments
Confidence in guiding users through proxy setup, authentication, and connectivity across platforms (Android, iOS, desktop, browser extensions, or tools like MoreLogin, AdsPower, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot based on logs, user behavior, or platform-specific constraints
Comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, IPQualityScore, or IP2Location
Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn deeply technical topics and explain them clearly
Experience working in remote-first or fast-paced tech environments
Willingness to work flexible hours, including PST shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a rotating support schedule
Bonus: Familiarity with macros, internal documentation tools, or knowledge base management
