Hiring: Framer Web Designer (Project-Based)

We're looking for a project-based Web Designer with solid experience in Framer and Figma to bring our digital ideas to life. If you're passionate about sleek, responsive design and have a portfolio to prove it, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:
-Framer Proficiency
-Must provide a portfolio with Framer examples or live website links.
-Figma Proficiency
-Must provide a Figma portfolio or design files showcasing UI/UX work.
-Mobile-First Design
-Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile optimization.
-Iteration-Friendly Workflow
-Comfortable with feedback and multiple rounds of revisions.
-SEO & Analytics Integration
-Basic understanding of SEO best practices and ability to integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Comfortable working within a set budget — starting at $500/project with potential for more depending on scope.
-Must be available to communicate and collaborate during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.
