Vacation Daily Operations Agent:
This position is to handle all of the communication with the guests, vendors, and OTA support. It can be a very hectic busy job and it can be a very slow position. There is a large learning curve with a lot of property information expected to be memorized for quick recall with guests. You must speak Native level of English. This is the number one requirement, if you aren't able to use sarcasm, humor, or understand double meaning you won't be a good fit. You must be computer savvy and it helps if you understand property maintenance or worked in a hospitality position.

Requirements
-Send a link of yourself telling a story in English. The video should be between 1-2 minute video, we will only open links that go to youtube or vimeo. We will not interview anyone who has not sent a video first.
-Explain the difference between honor and honorable and how important you believe the value to be.
-Describe your internet set up and what redundancies you have in place.
-Tell me what the name of the ski slope in the Black hills of South Dakota and what place you would recommend for lunch.
-Last describe what you think about working a 15hour shift vs an 8 hr shift.

Schedule:
3-5 days a week
30-50 hours a week.

Pay: $8.50/hr.
