Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality video content for our brand’s social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, expertise in video production (filming, editing, and motion graphics), and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and optimizing engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production & Filming
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for YouTube, Instagram (Reels), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Film on-location and in-studio, ensuring professional lighting, sound, and composition.
Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other video equipment to capture dynamic footage.
Direct on-camera talent (hosts, interviewees, influencers) to ensure natural and engaging performances.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music using After Effects or similar tools.
Optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratios, captions, hooks, and CTAs).
Ensure brand consistency in color grading, fonts, and style.
Create viral videos for instagram , youtube and tiktokand have experience doing this
3. Content Strategy & Ideation
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with brand goals.
Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Brainstorm and pitch fresh, viral-worthy ideas for short-form and long-form content.
Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized clips for different platforms.
4. Social Media Optimization & Publishing
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and video descriptions to maximize reach.
Schedule and upload videos, ensuring optimal posting times for engagement.
Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, retention) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages when needed.
5. Equipment & Asset Management
Archive raw footage and project files for future use.
Source and manage licensed music, sound effects, and stock footage.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or social media content creator.
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form video content for social media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and sound design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong storytelling and creative direction skills.
Familiarity with SEO for YouTube (titles, tags, descriptions).
