Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Focused)

A reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate and digital marketing who can confidently manage and optimize:

? Facebook Ads Setup & Management
? Lead Generation Systems & Campaigns
? Social Media Content Scheduling & Engagement
? CRM Optimization & Maintenance (e.g., tagging, follow-ups, automations)
? Email Batching & Marketing Support

Must-Haves (Dont't apply if you don't have the following)

Prior experience working with real estate agents or teams.

Knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Instagram, KVCORE/Follow Up Boss/Chime or similar CRMs

Experience on building sales funnels and running ads.

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent written English (bonus if you also speak Spanish!)

Part-time to start (10–20 hrs/week), with potential to transition to Full Time Soon
