Responsibilities:

Respond to emails, DMs, and chat support related to influencer onboarding and brand campaigns

Guide potential influencers through our membership and application process

Assist clients with status updates, reports, and documentation

Manage CRM updates and follow-up reminders

Track and follow up on influencer shirt purchases and subscription status

Help prepare call sheets, itineraries, and support documentation for campaigns and shoots

Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for updates and escalations

Light administrative work as assigned
