PropStream Expert for Real Estate Investing - Tired Landlord Lead Generation
Job Type: Full-Time (Long-Term)
Salary: $600-$900/month (based on experience) + performance bonus
Description:
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm looking for a highly experienced PropStream user to join our
team full-time.
You must be able to:
- Build tired landlord lists using PropStream
- Filter by ownership length, equity %, out-of-state owners, evictions, liens, and more
- Export and organize leads into Google Sheets
- Use zip code filters based on our target investment markets (FL, MI, IN, etc.)
- Verify public records or MLS info when needed
You MUST have:
- At least 2 years of experience using PropStream and 2 years Property Manager experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. real estate investing
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Fast, reliable internet, fiber minimum 200mbps upload and download with the use of VPN
- Willingness to do a short test task. Able to commit full time job PST 9:00am to 6:00pm


Bonus if you:
- Understand Master Lease Options, BRRRR, or Wholesaling
- Have used Zinspector, Doorloop, Rebel IQ, and or other CRM tools
- Are familiar with short-term rentals and small multifamily strategies
- Have experience with property management tasks
- Bonus if you have used DoorLoop or other property management software

You will also support our property management operations. Experience as a property manager with managing rental data,
coordinating with tenants, or working within property management platforms is required.
