Personal Assistant to High-Level Founder in Crypto and Travel

I need a loyal, organized, proactive right-hand assistant who can keep my personal and professional life tight — from pitching podcasts to booking flights and planning macro-friendly meals.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

PR & Brand Support
* Research speaking opportunities, panels, conferences
* Draft pitches to podcasts and media (I’ll provide voice notes)
* Track and schedule interviews, event prep, and recaps
* Help organize my past clips, podcast appearances, and x spaces

Scheduling & Travel Coordination
* Book flights, hotels, haircut appointments, restaurant reservations
* Manage Google Calendar — flag key dates, automate reminders
* Organize conference schedules, badge pickups, etc.

Macros & Nutrition
* Source meal prep services in new cities I travel to
* Align meals with my fitness goals (protein-rich, macro-friendly)
* Ensure hotel or Airbnb options have meal storage/fridge access
* Keep a Google Sheet log of nutrition vendors I’ve used (for repeat trips)

Social Media Support
* Clean up DMs and flag high-value conversations
* Help write captions, build tweet drafts, track engagement

Crypto & Lifestyle Research
* Research gyms, golf clubs, best date spots, city hacks
* Track launch trends, pull data/stats, summarize crypto news

Pay & Setup

$200–\$250 USD/week (negotiable for the right person)
