We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency in the medical space seeking a manager to oversee daily team operations and provide high-level support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. You will be key in optimizing workflows, ensuring projects stay on track, and supporting our team in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and manage project deadlines.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Management Team.
Monitor and optimize project management systems for efficiency.
Act as a point of communication for senior staff, prioritizing responses and key tasks.
Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and improve operational workflows to enhance team productivity.
Generate analytical reports using various software tools.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in all aspects of the role.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by executives.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Operations Lead.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of digital marketing or online business operations.
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management software.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and site design is preferred.
