Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Instagram DM Appointment Setter to join our team and help convert warm leads into booked calls for our high-ticket trading bootcamp (Bulls on Wall Street, led by Kunal Desai).

You’ll be directly engaging with highly interested prospects who already follow our brand and have interacted with our content. Your job is to qualify them and book them for strategy calls with our closer.

This is NOT cold outreach. You’ll be working with leads already in the DMs who are curious about learning how to trade and becoming profitable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage and respond to inbound Instagram DMs from warm leads
* Use our proven scripts to qualify and engage prospects
* Book qualified leads for Zoom calls with our head coach/closer
* Follow up with non-responsive leads and no-shows
* Track and log conversations and lead data in our system
* Collaborate with the sales team to improve booking and close rates

REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent written English (must sound native or near-native in DMs)
* 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales, or DM setting
* Organized, consistent, and follow-through driven
* Comfortable with Instagram DMs and familiar with Meta Business Suite or CRM tools
* Can work 3–4 hours/day during EST or CST time zone
* Coachable and ready to grow

COMPENSATION:

* Base hourly pay: $4–5 hour to start
* Bonus per show-up: $10–$15 for every qualified call that shows up
* Commission: $50–$75 for every closed sale from your booked call
* Monthly earnings range: $400–$1,500+ based on performance
